Hydrostab Ltd & MegaGroup Trade

Hydrostab Ltd is part of MegaGroup. MegaGroup owns and controls a number of wholesale trade companies with significant market share in the economic distribution of pipeline components throughout Europe.

Our history

Bosta b.v. started over 60 years ago in Holland selling rubber and aluminium fittings to installers and stockists amongst other things,irrigation and livestock feeding equipment. In the 1980’s rapid expansion took place in Holland allowing new companies to be set-up in Belgium, Germany and the UK.The first successes in the UK were with the product x market mix of PVC pipe and fittings for horticultural irrigation , brass and steel valves and couplings for waste water handling, particularly in agriculture. Reci-Prof International b.v. was aquired by the group in the 1990’s bringing its considerable expertise in milking machine and dairy parlour equipment.

In 2005 the whole group was acquired by the existing operational management, which resulted in the need and want to work better together as a group, as part of MegaGroup. Three years later the group is already set up and works successfully in Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, France, Moldova, Ukraine and Austria. Hydrostab Ltd connects traders, producers and suppliers with MegaGroup through local stocks and with the help of its motivated marketing specialists in the field of PP and PVC valves and fittings, galvanized valves and  fittings, water pumps, clamps, hoses, garden and pool accessories.
